Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment at Trompe L'oeil Salon, we reserve the time and space especially for you. We have an updated cancellation policy to ensure appointments are reserved for confirmed clients.

We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are not able to come to your appointment. For any client who cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment fee on the day of service. Barring exceptional circumstances, any calls received after a client’s appointment time begins will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment fee on the day of service.
